  • Great workouts but horrible customer support

    I absolutely love the workouts. I purchased a month subscription but was having issues with the app. I submitted an email immediately to customer support on October 1st....I did not receive a response until October 18 and when they responded they didn’t even get my name right. Hard to justify paying for an app when you can’t use it for 17 days and there is really no customer support. If you care about your members I would suggest making that a priority. If the issue would have been resolved in the 5 days the automatic response had said it would then I would have rated this app higher.
  • Good concept but really buggy, especially workout calendar

    I like the app a lot and the guided workouts are great, but the schedule feature is really buggy. Half the time I try to schedule something it shows up next week, doesn’t properly track when I do my workouts, etc. I also don’t like the food portion. I’m allergic to nuts but there’s not an option for that, and you can’t switch or substitute out meals you can’t eat or don’t like. Really inflexible. I still love the workout part but it’s an expensive app for the other features to be broken and/or so limited. Wish there was a basic version that just had workouts that cost less money.
  • One Time Payment Scam

    If you get offered a deal to buy the app for a one time few DON’T! You still get charged every month for the $20 subscription fee. When I emailed customer support the first time they told me it would kick in next month and they would refund the auto subscription fee. They didn’t send any sort of refund and I got charged again. I’ve emailed them a few times since to fix the problem and get no response back. I rarely used the app too since I felt like i had to be at a gym to get any of the real benefits and there’s no way to really add in other workouts or classes that I went to. Not worth the money. Just buy the PDFs for one price.

    I am so thankful I found the sweat app!! I have been doing the workouts consistently for 36 weeks and have seen my body change a lot since I first started. The workouts are fun, fast paced, and always leave you feeling exhausted (in a good way). The workouts are put together intelligently. I do them all from home which is another bonus. You do need some weights/equipment. Each workout tells you what you need. I have done many different workout programs and I have seen the most results with this program. You MUST give it a try!! And be consistent! You will see gains in strength and your body change. Thanks Kayla for such an incredible program.

    I been using the app for a month, 3 times a week. My legs and arms were burning and I can see the result but not too much on the abs part as like my lower abs to be tighter because I sit all day at work. I also want more curvy abs and this it doesn't seem like they focus on that part very much, so I have to add more exercises from one the girl in YouTube. Overall,I think it's a great app for whoever doesn't know what to do at the gym and they're awesome exercise to do at home. However, you still need to know what you're looking for to see in your body, for toning, it's definitely great.

  • Had a difficult time stopping the billing

    I cancelled after the trial, but continued to be billed $20. It should have been obvious that I wasn't using the ap, yet they still took $20/month for several months. The only way to stop billing is through itunes account subscribtioons, not the app itself. Be careful. Also, I see no easu way to contcat customer support to ask for a refund.I didn't even have th eapp on my phone. had re-add just to find out how to stop the billing. Again.

    This system is so easy to follow. I, especially like how it plans how many and the type of training I need during the week. It's one star less than perfect because I wish I could find this app on my apple tv. Working out from a small screen is a little inconvenient.
