  • Generally Happy

Most of the robocalls have been successfully blocked. I’ve noticed that with the latest update it uses a lot more of my battery than it used to, up from 1% a day to about 5% a day. It’s not a dealbreaker, but every percent counts when charging isn’t always an option during the day.
  • Not Working

At this rate, I will be cancelling during my free trial period!! Downloaded the app this weekend and have received spam calls without being identified. I’ve had to go to the app and look them up! Might as well use the free Truecaller app I was using!!

Please cancel, I did not realize I was paying every month. Thank you
  • Does not complete installation

The call blocking option for the app doesn’t show under settings, even after hours.
  • Useless, don’t waste your money

This app is completely useless. I had to manually enter every robocall number into their database. Then what’s the point? And what’s the point of sending robocalls to voicemail? That’s what they do anyway! I’m just not answering calls if I don’t recognize the number, which is what I was doing before I tried the app, and it works much better for me since it doesn’t waste my time like the app does. Users are doing the work and still dealing with robocall voicemails but paying for a piece of software? Not me!!!
  • Blocked my wife’s calls

    By DHR**
This app blocked incoming calls from my wife’s iPhone and stopped outgoing calls to my brother. Other callers thought I must have been out of town and left messages that I never received. Once I uninstalled NomoRobo and restarted my iPhone, all is working again! Saved my marriage. Don’t risk yours by letting this app hang up on your incoming calls or stop outgoing calls.
  • Stopped working completely

    By cmaier
In iOS 11.1 it now stopped working. It doesn’t mark spam calls as spam in the recent calls list and calls come right through. In settings app, it just spins instead of letting me turn it on or off. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Each time I reinstall it works for a few minutes and then stops again. I already did as suggested - updated to 11.1.1 and reinstalled. I emailed the developer a week ago and got a form response that clearly indicated they didn’t read what I reported. I let them know that and I have received no further communication.
  • Updated: Still Really works!

    By Spa243
That's it! It really works! Already blocked a call on the first day. Loved it in my landline and now love it on my iPhone Been using the app for a year now and I’m still very happy. My robocalls are almost down to ZERO. I keep the app updated. I also love being able to look up any number in their blacklist. And now spam text filtering! Can it get any better?!
  • Great app! Set it and forget it!

Love the app. Simple to use and respects privacy by not sending contacts list anywhere or requiring me to forward my calls. But background blacklist refresh is not happening. I shouldn’t need to keep the app “open” for refresh to happen. Plenty of other apps are able to sync in the background without that. The daily notification to refresh the list is getting annoying. I’m sure this can be fixed, so keep up the good work!
  • Changed my rating from 1 star

I started using Nomorobo last year and it performed very well, BUT it is nearly impossible for anybody to keep up with the scammers out there because they create (steal is a better word, but actually “spoof” is the correct term) hundreds if not thousands of phone numbers from real people. Nomorobo blocks about 90% of the scammers, and by cutting off 90%, this puts me way ahead of where I was prior to installing Nomorobo. A few scammers still get through BUT I never answer calls that are not in my personal directory in my iPhone 7. I let it go to voicemail and if they DONT leave a message, I block them and frequently report the number to Nomorobo. If Nomorobo gets a number of users also sending the same number I report, Nomorobo “figures it out quickly” and the scammer is soon identified to all of us who are using this app.
