  • Missing some worthwhile features

I do not like the new interface. In my opinion, the old Billminder interface was better. I cannot find a way to export or print "bills due" in this version, at least not without having to awkwardly do a Screen snapshot and print. Thanks for finally updating but don't take away features, especially when you are wanting us to pay again!

Thank you for being the only app that I can use across two devices! This is the only app that can manage on my phone that updates automatically on my husbands. It allows him to see my stress and anxiety 😉😂 on a daily basis so that he see that I am not just being dramatic! I will grateful, that you updated because I have spent weeks trying other apps and not one works as easy this one. Not the mention being able to load the website and phone numbers of bills this a small thing but it makes bill payment and issues a breeze. This is a smart app, there are a few I would change but I will leave that to the complainers. I am a happy girl 😍🎉😍🎉😍!
  • Disappointing Update

It crashes. Repeatedly. I made a backup of my previous data and emailed them to myself, then imported this to the new billminder and every detail has gone bonkers. Even the details on my old billminder are now bonkers. Bills from last year suddenly popped up. I now supposedly have 27 overdue bills. I really wanted this app to work. Even if you had me pay again despite paying for the previous version already. I wanted to give you 5 dollars yet again to give you the benefit of the doubt you will make it right by us, despite leaving us hanging for years already without tech support.
  • The best that ever will be!

I’ve used Billminder from the very beginning. But then over the years I've strayed away to other bills apps for one reason or another. O, what a fool I am! I can honestly say that NO bills reminder app that I’ve used (M A N Y) compares to Billminder, especially this new version 4! Billminder has always been simple and very reliable with alerts. The UI is clean and intuitive. Although I would have liked to use Dropbox as a backup/sync solution, the Billminder servers have proven themselves in the on/off uses of this app. Now with this version 4 I’m definitely staying with it. I can no longer see any reason to use any other bills app, ever. The purchase price is well worth it!

Left all of us who were using the previous app hi and dry, wouldn't respond to emails!!! The developer should be embarrassed, and ashamed of this so called "new, and improved app." They took most of the important stuff from the previous app, and all of the convenience, of the previous app, and deleted it, and they turned out this piece of sh*t app. Then they charge us again, for a so-called new, and improved app. That's a total piece of sh*t. What happened to the link, that would allow you to go straight to the website, and pay your bills. The reason everybody is getting duplicated bills. Is because you took out the option, to clear the previous data, before importing the back up. Thanks for NOTHING

I do love the new version but it's not allowing one to password lock anymore. Can you fix? Thank you

When I first upgraded to the newest version everything was fine. This morning when I opened the app I had 51 PAST DUE bills! It had bills from years ago that I had already paid showing up as past due! Please fix this ASAP!
  • Don't bother!

What happened to the passcode ? Also, I paid for the previous version why do I have to pay for the update? I should of been able to just update. I want my money back! Another thing I don't like the dashboard, having the calendar there makes more sense that the current view. This doesn't seem like an update but a down grade. The customer service is lacking, they got rid of passcode for security, they told me there was a Touch ID in settings and there is no such thing. I am so sorry I bought this. Please fix these issues, as well as other issues people have complained about!
  • FINALLY... But Bring Back Dark Mode!!!

With the new IOS quickly approaching. I was starting to panic because the older version was set not to be compatible. I've trie just about all other Bill Reminder apps in the App Store in search of a replacement. Nothing works like Billminder. This new version of the app is great. Just log-in and all your data is there. I'd give it 5-Stars but it needs to have the Dark Mode again. The white screen is too bright in the dark. Once that changes it will be a five star app once again!

I have counted on BillMinder for years. $4.95 is a bargain! Would be happy to purchase the subscription more often say bi-annually to encourage quicker updates when Apple updates their iOS.
