    If you use this application honestly, and every single day-it really works. I have lost 10 pounds in one month. The only reason I gave it four stars is because there is no BMI goal & I wish there were more body measurements & A heart rate tracker. Other than that- I love this app!

    One of the easiest to use calorie counter free apps. Love the scanner. Ads to upgrade are constant, but a minor annoyance. Bummed that they stopped syncing with my Fitbit in the free version, otherwise would be a 5.

    I've lost 33 pounds with Lose It through a balanced program of diet and exercise, including ballroom dancing. I now have the body composition of a person 40 years younger than I am. And I fit in my white tie and tails that I bought at age 21 and wore them for our dancing at Le Grand Bal New Year's Eve at the Hofburg Palace in Vienna. Great app. I use LoseIt every day. Easy to input any food including a great bar code entry method. Easy to input new foods and recipes. I have an Apple Watch and LoseIt integrates with its exercise program by allowing me to have my exercise sessions input automatically into LoseIt. It helps me now to maintain my weight. The one negative is that recently Lose It is taking a long time to save each food. This means it takes longer to input the food I eat.

    Best app for recording food intake. Very easy to use and very easy to add food to the list if it's not there. Integration with fit but needs some work though

    UPDATE: Loseit has taken away the link to my Fitbit & Map My Fitness, unless I pay the yearly fee. They are taking away more & more things that I liked about the app. Paying the yearly fee is too much for me. A one-time fee would be one thing, but yearly? No way. As a senior citizen, I have to watch my spending. I like scanning barcodes for nutritional content. I also like adding my own recipes. I figure out the calories once, then it's in there. Also, I can edit my foods any time, if I change a recipe. I use Map My Fitness & Fitbit. They both connect to LoseIt so my exercise is added for me.

    I'm just beginning my weight loss journey and this app is by far the best I've ever used. I was never able to stick to using one on a daily basis. Well until I found this one. It's amazing, you'll get hooked on food journaling and losing weight. I've lost 35 so far! Can't wait to hit my goal weight! Thanks to the makers of Lose it!

    Update 9/25/2017: For some reason after the most recent update it seems that my social tab is empty and all my friends are lost now... hope this isn't permanent. ---- Could use more comprehensive collection of restaurants. That said, very easy to use and has helped me lose 28 pounds in the last 3 months. :)

    This was working great until it decided it needed to keep asking me to connect to my Apple health app. And it wouldn't stop. Took me forever just to uninstall because of it.
