    So I have enjoyed this app! It has helped me to keep track of my food but now they want you to upgrade in order for Apple Watch to sync with the app. So now this is just annoying! I am very disappointed that they want me to purchase a subscription in order to continue to track my workouts with the app. It's just annoying and I won't be doing it sorry. Guess will have to look at other things to track my progress.
  • Great App: Helps you take control of your eating habits

    This app is so good! It is helping me keep track of what I eat daily. I also sync'd it with Apple's Health app so that there is no need to log exercises and steps. Very helpful. I took one star from it because of the constant pop-ups asking if I want to go Pro. There are already ads at the bottom... so when it's time to go pro, or if I choose to, I will. No need to be asked daily. :)

    I have been using Lose It! for three years. It has help me to both lose weight and maintain weight. The interface is easy to use and really helps with knowing not just how many calories you're eating or burning but also how many calories are carbs fats and proteins. It also has a tracker for fiber is well. Just a great app all the way around

  • See your nutrition without explicitly counting calories

    I've been using this app on and for a few years. I love that my entire history is there. My favorite aspect of the app is that I can enter store brand foods, name brand foods, restaurant menu items, or whatever else with ease. I spend under a minute entering a meal and I can easily see how I'm doing on protein, carbs and fat not just for that day but for my history as well. There are far fewer exercises available to select, so I don't use it as a workout tracker, and I'd really rather see my consumption without calories subtracted anyway (a feature you cannot turn off) since the latter can be so error prone. Since I don't want workout calories subtracted, the limited set of exercises available in the app doesn't hinder me. The ads have gotten more annoying over time, and the pay option is a monthly subscription which means the cost of removing ads is much higher than for other apps. Still, I'm willing to get the ads for the value the app offers.

    Down over 37 pounds now from 5 months ago. Lots more exercise but more importantly eating better food and way less of it. An easy tracking system makes all the difference in keeping up with this new lifestyle. After years of losing weight when I track and gaining it all back when I don't I know what I need to do for sure. This app runs on my IPad iPhone and Apple Watch. Makes life easier. Lots of foods available on line. Great reminders to track. Great reports about lots of health factors. I am really happy with this app.

    Easy to use. Search feature for Foods and their calorie content works fairly well. If you already know the calories of an item you can just enter them for that particular meal. The goal feature gives you encouragement as you see weight loss.

    I've never been able to stick with any sort of weight loss plan until I used this app paired with daily exercise. Easy to use and navigate.
