Overcharges for services didn’t want or order. Very misleading.

Beware if you subscribe to try the trial period. First, they default your choice to the early option. Second, it is nearly impossible to find in the app exactly how to cancel your subscription. I only found out after searching online for the answer, which is to cancel it under your Subscriptions under your Apple ID. Really surprised Apple allows this semi scam.
  • Misleading “Free Trial”

Understand, you accept the “Free 7-Day Trial”, but the minute you go to send a fax you have to “Purchase” credits in order to send a fax!!! How is that a Free Trial!!
  • Great concept, but...

I think $10 for 200 credits is a tad bit ridiculous. It should be charged per fax, not by how many credits you have. I needed 52 credits to fax 8 pages, but they had very few options. I could buy 15 credits for 99 cents which obviously isn't enough... Or you could buy 200 credits for $9.99 which is obviously WAY too much... I'm never gonna use 148 credits. This was a one time thing and now I'm out ten bucks for something I could have done for much cheaper at a FedEx store...... I really wish I could get the rest of my money back as I'm broke to begin with.

I downloaded this app a year ago, and used only three times, and every time I have to buy new credits points ( its $2.99 for 80 credits) because my points disappeared every time.

There are lots of fax apps but this is by far the most reliable and cheapest option. Trust me, I’ve tried almost all of them!
  • NOT FREE

Just needed a one time fax. This is not free as marketed. Customer service is done through email. I need an answer now as to how to get my free fax. Thumbs down.
  • Faxes don’t work

This app is terrible. Been trying to send faxes all day and they don’t send. Also have sent multiple emails for support without response. There is only an email support and no customer service rep to talk to. This is after paying for credits to send the faxes. Very disappointing.
