    Sept 2017... Still not working... Oct 2016... The update says "but fixes" but it won't even update. Some fix!. Come on guys, we're paying for this service. Fix it or refund some money. Still waiting....

    I’ve only use the sporadically because I've had so many issues. Lately it won’t load -crashed within the first three seconds. I’m not sure if this is AT&T’s fault, but I expect a lot more. App didn’t work, and when it did, everything takes far too long.

    Out of all the streaming TV apps out there this has to be the worst. HBO, Netflix, Hulu, etc. all run without locking up, the video and sound don't match up and I have to constantly restart the live streaming channel while viewing. I HATE THIS APP!!!

    Used to love this app, now it does nothing but crashes every 5 minutes and sends me back to home page. Please fix it!

    If this was written by a first grader I would give one star, since but a major corporation negative 10 freezes and crashes a few times an hour very frustrating sorry did not mean to insult first graders they would do better

    I am struggling to understand some of the bad reviews as we could not be happier. We switched from Spectrum about 15 months ago and the reliability, ease of use and cost effectiveness of Direct TV has blown us away. I use the app on my IPad and my IPhone 7 very frequently and have no trouble at all. I did need to contact customer service a few months ago and that was not a great experience. We had a new roof put on our house and needed a technician to reposition our satellite dish. The call was clearly routed to another country and I had to settle for an online chat. It was obvious the agent did not understand the request, but I eventually got an appointment that was handled promptly, accurately and courteously.
