    We went on our second trip from Florida to NYC. The first time it did not work at all. Boy that was a fun trip with a 10 month old. I spent a lot of time watching a lot of videos so they can upload because that's the only way you can load them onto your computer!!! BAD!!! You have to keep going back and opening another video so it uploads. The second trip it starting working about 20 minutes and then of course it stopped. This company should not promote that this as an upload that works "anywhere". Because it does NOT!!! We truly depended on this to help us out with the chaotic plane trip with a 17 month old. Thanks!!!!! Tomorrow we leave and I cannot call the company because they are closed in Sunday. No help. This is going to to LOTS OF FUN!!!!!!

    39.99, 1year !! Non transferring to other devices ! I'm a grandparent, bought while watching the channel with my phone. Wanted to put this on my iPad instead of my iPhone and NO CAN DO ! I really hate this . What person in their right mind wants to hand over their phone, to a baby , who WILL FLIP OUT WHEN YOU HAVE TO INTERRUPT THEIR GAME PLAYING! Of course if you have no other device, then I understand. The app after paying $40 DOESN'T GIVE you COMPLETE ACCESSIBILITY!!! What a joke! Spend another 50 and get a kindle for kids!!! Honestly, I have this too, and he likes it as well! He gets frustrated when he can't unlock the other doors! Don't waste your money!

    Horrible! Everything that says it's "free" then tried to make me pay when I tried to view it. I just wanted to try it and I can't so what's the point? I'm not going to pay for anything I can't try first!

    If you try to watch the "free" videos, you will soon find out there are very few. Even though some of the character labels say "free" above them , when you click on it there's really not any free videos there at all. I'm glad I did the free one week trial because I was able to see that there are literally only 3 to 4 short videos for each character. Totally not worth the money at all. I canceled ASAP
  • Freezes all the time

    And it's even worse once you pay for the app. The payment system really needs fixing, the app "forgets" we have a paid subscription every month, causing you to redo everything the 1st of every month. What's funny is, they never actually forgot to take the money! Amazing how that part never malfunctions, just the part where the app makes you jump through hoops because it can't cache that you've already paid.
  • Videos locked even though I subscribed

    I paid for a monthly subscription, but the videos remained locked. And, there is no customer service number in the app.
  • Not user friendly

    I got this app to keep my son occupied during a road trip but became frustrated very quickly. There are only 4 episodes per show; this is a problem because my son likes very few shows and got bored. The child lock was a problem as well, the button has to be held down for 2 seconds to exit the video but malfunctioned often. Also, this function does not stop a child from exiting via the devices home button. In addition, when the screen is touched too much, the video freezes. When downloading episodes to view offline, the episodes aren't in any order and the thumbnails are wrong or missing. The videos are not able to be put into a playlist which requires a new video to be selected every few minutes. Not the best option for me at this time.
