  • Glitch city

Several glitches that make certain portions of the game unplayable. Disappointing.
  • One of the Best RPGs of All Time

Absolutely amazing game. The port into the iPhone isn't perfect, but the game is fantastic.
  • Great game, bad port

    By Khakies
Frogs tec tree is broken and there is no way to fix... sad that I can not build him to his strongest, stops after aerial strike. Many other random glitches besides this. Little supports and updates as well... wish they were more active with this. Update* it appears Lucca and Frogs tec trees become destroyed after the ocean palace is risen into the air. I have a save just before this which shows there next tec appearing when learned, but after the cut scene it disappears and they no longer receive tec points... just sad that such an epic game has succumb to second rate...

Bought the game for iPad. Won’t install.
  • Great game, bad port

Love the game. It's a classic. The main problem for me is when you do a new game plus and talk to Spekkio at the end of time he resets all your magic and if you already learned all spells this makes it impossible to learn them again, since you no longer earn TP. Thus, new game plus makes it so you can only use up to your first magic spell and nothing more.
  • I love the game because it's a classic, but hate the horrible tech glitch.

I really love the two added quest, especially when you beat the Time Devourer version of Lavos and you get the Dreamseeker for Chrono (90% critical hit chances!!!). But I almost maxed out all of my characters level wise (I got Ayla's Bronze Fist, which gives her 9999 for her critical). But you really need to fix that tech glitch that resets all magic users (Chrono, Frog, Marle, and Lucca) back to their first techs and the rest are unlearnable for the rest of the game. Please fix this glitch because I'm tired of losing my hard work on this game for my hard earned money!
  • Please Update iOS support!

Great game but the new update to iOS 11 has made this game very glitchy, please fix!
  • Greatest Game I Have Ever Played

    By ASDF Movie 123456789
This is the greatest game I have ever played. I am 14 and have played multiple classic Final Fantasy games and this is by far superior. Death Peak is a little frustrating and the difficulty isn't to bad if you are a classic JRPG guy and are used to this kind of difficulty. The story and characters are amazing. When you are in the (spoiler) Ocean Palace and Lavos awakens-holy crap. That sure beats the hell out of Aeris Death! This game was definitely worth the $9.99 for it. Download and let the adventure through the very fabric of Time and Space begin.
  • Great classic game, but does not support MFi controllers

    By Adrian232
It’s such a shame that this does not support MFi controllers. I was getting ready for a nice playthrough, and its lack of controller support (which should be standard and simple enough to implement) killed my fun. Every other Square/Enix port seems to support them except this one.
  • Epic Adventures

Took off another star. On New Game Plus, Spekkio resets all learned magic on main parties Crono, Luca and Marle. Afterwards, party is unable to re-learn the magics. Anyways, Spekkio should not be causing the party to lose all learned magics, the SNES version does not do that. —— Great ported version for the iOS. Thank you SE for allowing me to replay my childhood game at the palm of my hand. However, 4 stars because the touch controller for selecting monster during battle is too tiny for my thumb. I usually end up touching outside the controller signaling action behavior and I end up attacking non selected monsters instead. Would be nice if I can simply touch on the monster to attack. Or at least make the buttons bigger. ---- New updated review: noticed the active battle system isn't ideal with the touch controller. When fighting Nizbel, oh man does he sweep me many many times. Is hard to quickly select actions, and sometimes miss election's frustrating. Changed to Wait battle mode. ---- Took off one star. I like to play CT whenever i get a chance and sometimes i leave the app opened to play later, and not save on a save point. It so happens that after hours of not using CT app the game resets, boom and i lost minutes and minutes of progress. Have to start from last saved game. Bad bad bad.
