    I love chick fil a they really have their lines down and can get you in and out quickly, but they must train associates to be not so forthcoming with extra sauce, i know it sounds silly but if i ask for sauce at the menu ordering and at the window i only end up with 2 sauces. y'all know how good every single sauce is so share the love more.

  • They do pretty good, except with instructions

    I’ve enjoyed the app - earning treats is awesome. I’ve only ever had one problem but it’s repetitive enough to knock a couple of stars off my rating. My family special orders items frequently so we were thrilled to see the “special instructions” section. For some reason they never follow the special instructions. After finding parking and wading through the line to “quickly” get my order it’s frustrating that EVERY TIME the special instructions are missed. Now we have to stand and watch regular walk-up orders be completed before our mobile order is corrected. This has happens at least 5 times. I’ve spoken with the manager and the GM about what to put to get the directions followed keeps happening. Apologies worked the first few times but now I’m hoping this review does something. Maybe a manual acknowledgment or something when special instructions are on mobile orders. I don’t know but it’s beyond frustrating from such a customer-oriented company.

    The Union Avenue store in Memphis doesn't seem to work understand that placing a mobile means a lesser wait time. I could have stayed in the comfort of my car and received my order in the same amount of time.

    I placed a mobile order selecting an additional item from my treat list to redeem at the store. When I got there I was charged for all items including the great list item I was attempting to redeem. It stayed in my list. A little disappointing but further aggravating when I never received any mobile order Monday gift. Mgr was friendly as usual. Still love the food and the service but the app fails me at least once every 4 times it is used.

    I use this app all the time, but sometimes forget to show the app to the cashier when ordering. It would be really cool if there was a way to input a receipt after the fact so it could capture my visit. I’ve done this at least 5 times and would love a solution! Besides that, fantastic app!

    Literally the line at the drive thru was sooo backed up and so was the line on the inside as this was lunch rush. I ordered from the app and my order was ready in 2 minutes by the time i arrived i walked in and they handed me my order 😁☺️ 5 stars for sure and def how i will order from now on!
