  • Horrible app. Avoid this.

I never remembers that you are a subscriber. I cannot get access any longer no matter what I do. Good content. Worst app ever. You will be throwing your money away if you subscribe.
  • Non functional

This app doesn't work, can't keep library, looks like you are a non subscriber.
  • Crap app with no support.

    By Stallone516
I suggest you skip the app and go directly to Stereophile. Have tried to restore my purchase to Stereophile magazine for several weeks now. Don't know who can help me. I tried the app creator. Resorted to threats no luck. Now I'm going be following through on a campaign to trash Apple and the app creators. Hope you can help anyone who is thinking about a Di tail purchase using this a creator. I won't be renewing since there is no way to read the publication as much as I enjoy reading it. The app has confirmed my subscription is active. 9/18/17 update: As a result of my review above I finally got a form letter response that provided no new information on how to restore my subscription. Will keep this posted on how lousy this app company is. ------------ Ticket Title/Subject: Stereophile Magazine Help Form SubBrand: Stereophile Magazine Platform : IOS Device: iPad OS : 10.3.3 App Version: 2.0 Battery Level: 65% Total space: 12.12 GB Free space: 1.66 GB Network type: WIFI Account: Country Code: US Language : en-US Best Wishes, Mike S.

Since I updated to the latest version of this app i can't restore my purchases and I'm unable to view any of my downloaded issues. So far contacting support has not been helpful.
  • Awful

    By Psycledoc
Impossible to read the mag using an iPhone. The content is excellent as it has been for decade BUT very, very difficult to use on iPhone or iPad. PLEASE improve.
  • Good content

The app needs to be updated. Good content.
  • Reformat for digital

    By batmanunderoos
If the digital version of this magazine was an audio file, it would be the lossiest, lowest bit-rate garbage out there. I enjoy the content but it's nearly unreadable in this format.
  • desperately needs reformatting

    By MM3rd
Nearly impossible to use on an iPhone - and on the iPad it desperately cries out for proper reformatting to work with the way an iPad is really used- in horizontal wide screen format, and NOT simply a digital recreation of the magazine. The NewYorker would be a good example of a good rethink of how the magazine experience can evolve to digital. I quite like the content, happy to pay for it, buts a shame insufficient attention has been paid to the actual user experience.
  • Terrible

    By Dlarz1111
My experience trying to get this digital magazine has been unbelievably bad. I'm unable to get any issues, get a refund, get customer service of any kind. Hard for me to believe that a venerable publication like this is purveying its product in such a shoddy way. Shame on you Stereophile. I thought you stood for something.
