  • Very Personalized with Options

    By Zachary072
FitStar AKA Fitbit Coach is a really great app for workouts personalized for you. Each week they give you workouts based on info they received from your first workout. They aren’t too hard but are efficient. I recently got the subscription which I highly recommend if it is an app you want to use as your main fitness app, which gives you more options with what program you do, like Get Lean or Get Strong.

Unable to load any exercise plans Fitbit Coach, keeps indicating that is lading but nothing happens. I deleted the app and reinstalled but same problem. I turned off my iPhone 7 Plus and restarted it but same problem.
  • Subscribed but everything are still locked.

I subscribed within the iOS app and the programs are still locked.
  • Doesn’t work

Tried to log in with my Fitbit account and it’s just a loop between apps where it never actually lets you log in. I entered in my login info and it said I had to download the Fitbit coach app...I was IN the Fitbit coach app. Not sure how I’m supposed to use it if I can’t log in.
  • Not a Free App

    By Tgilbe
I figured since I had a fit bit, this app would be free for me to use. The problem is you have to be a premium member to access the workouts. So while the app is free, you have to pay $40 a year or eight dollars a month to access the workouts. I guess I just found that disingenuous sense it was free to download and I have the watch. Oh well.
  • How to log in

How do you log in? I put my email in and go nowhere
  • Endless log in loop

    By Headfucked$
App isn't even useable, it's very frustrating. I try to open it, it auto opens my fitbit app and tries to connect, I hit continue as me. Then it tells me I have to log into my fitbit. Put in the log in details and it tells me I already have a log in with that e-mail and to log in with that. (All of it is the same flippin email and log in) then it finally shows me as logged in, but in the fitbit app, not fitstar, and it suggests I download fitstar, which I already have, click on fitstar, and login loops repeats. Seriously frustrating.
  • Fitbit lost it. They got too greedy

    By Breadnbutterfly
With your completion you should be thinking how to keep your customers and get more not how to push it away. You people are out of control. You have no idea what deals real personal trainers can cut at the gym, how easy it is to find millions of workouts for free on YouTube. The only thing that’s going for apps is that it’s a click away. I would consider making one time purchase that will not be higher than $15 but anything occurring I don’t trust. Screw you people! Next time I’ll go with other company less greedy
  • Doesn’t work.

    By Schliz4
I was excited to try the new version, but I can’t get past the login. I chose “sign in with Fitbit” and got a message that I already have an account. Of course I do. That’s why I chose sign in with Fitbit. The app told me to sign in with email instead. When I did this, it just kept looping me back to the sign in screen with no message (no “account doesn’t exist” or “password incorrect” indication. Just the loop.)
  • 200 Sessions Sweated

I started with Fitstar when it was Tony Gonzalez’s app. Loved it then, but love it more now. Unlike the previous reviewer, I find it is VERY responsive to feedback. It gives me fewer reps or shorter times until I can complete the exercise, then it moves me up. I’m on the “strength” program, and I have gotten so much stronger since I started with the app. When I started, I could barely do star crawls. Now I do them for 1:45 at a fast pace. As a busy working mom and wife, I appreciate that I can do the workouts anywhere without equipment. Goodbye to all that wasted time traveling to/from the gym. It’s very user friendly, and gives me a challenging, full body workout in 25-45 minutes, with good rotation on my primary muscle groups so I never feel like I’m overworking my 40-year old joints. For two years now, I’ve stuck with it, I’ve never been bored, and I’m in better shape than I was in my 20s. Excited about the new updates with the Fitbit Coach app. Keep it going Fitstar team!
