App Reviews

  • Excellent app!

    By PJBarnes13
I literally love it. They keep adding new features that keep it very interesting. I am learning so much too. But it is much easier for me to read the language I am learning than to speak it.
  • Pretty cool

    By Pilotben
Fun, easy to practice with, and free (as-supported.) I really enjoy using this app and it's helped me brush up on my Español and begin learning a little Swedish. It's also nice because instead of wasting my life on Facebook I can learn a new language without having to devote a lot of time and mental resources at one given time.

  • Amazing

This is honestly an amazing app and I have nothing to say against it . The fact that it's free is beyond me . It is so well made
  • Amazing before health

    By Spaztastickitteh
Duolingo is fantastic for learning, but the new health feature has made it impossible to do anything but practice. You only get three mistakes or it kicks you out of a lesson. I only use the online access now unless I'm just practicing.
  • Great app 👌🏽

    This app is amazing.
  • Assumes too much

    By Hang 2
I'm learning Japanese and they get into Kanji way to early and expect you to already know what a word means. There is no explanation about sentence structure either. Please fix it to a better pace for beginners. Otherwise I will find another app to learn Japanese
  • The best app to learn language

    By DJean2
I have tried multiple apps for learning to speak Spanish and this one is my favorite
  • Love this app!

Also love their flash card app.
  • Better online

    By Polydamus
This app is great for learning a language, but I still prefer before when it was completely free, and ad free as well. Still much better than paying for Rosetta Stone
