App Reviews

  • Doesn’t work most of the time

Most of the time the loops don’t show up. Dotloop is bad enough as it is with its glitches. This is like adding insult to injury.

Not a good app or format. Simply hard to maneuver. Others are better.

It makes my job a breeze.
  • Files support!

Please add native files support to the iPhone and iPad versions of the app. Would make life soooooooo much easier! I’d love to be able to download PDFs straight to my device!
  • Closes the app when trying to open documents

Closes out every time I try to open a document. Every time I turn around DotLoop has some kind of issue.
  • No Screen Rotate

Why would I use the app which doesn't support screen rotate, over the web browser that does. Viewing docs on these smaller screens is a must in landscape view.
  • Huge Time Saver

Been using dotloop for 3 years now. 1 1/2 as pro. It have been a huge convenience to myself and my clients. Mobile app has been great.
  • Assigning roles

New update does not provide ability to manually assign signature fields to individual contacts. Only allows you to assign to a role.
  • Great option for out of the office

This app adds quite a bit of value to Dotloop for when you are out of the office. It's a little glitchy sometimes, but great help overall so I'm not chained to a desk.
  • Gets more wonky with each update.

I use this app because all the real estate agents in my brokerage do, but I wouldn't choose to do so if I didn't have to. I'm not sure who is on Dotloop's R&D team, but it seems they work from a vacuum where no real businesspeople tread. This latest update, which relegates one of the single most important features (activity log) to a distant submenu, is mind-numbingly inexplicable. Frustration abounds.
