App Reviews

  • Small font

I've been using Baby Tracker for the past 4 months and love it. It easy and convenient when it comes to tracking feedings and diaper changes. However, with the latest update I'm not overly thrilled with it. The font is rather tiny, and no there is no way of increasing the size.
  • Why the change to make the type so small?

    By newsgal828
It’s hard enough to see during middle of the night feedings, the type was so big and bold before for times of feeds etc, now it’s sooo small and hard to read. Disappointed, it was so much better before!
  • Love it... track naps?

    By Kjohnsonvt
Can you add a feature that lets you track naps/daytime sleep separately from nighttime sleep (in addition to total sleep)? It could just be a preset time like - track time slept between 6am and 7pm and show it in the table and line graph. I want to easily see if my baby is napping less over time.
  • New update

I do not like the new update that has reduced the size of the font
  • Loved it until recent update

    By Lmbrig
In the recent update (November 2017) the font size got smaller and the picture at the top got larger. It is not very easy to see like it was before :/ besides that part of the update we have used this app a LOT and it has been great!
  • Love the recent updates!

Perfect for keeping track of feedings and sleep time—because, let’s face it—it’s impossible to remember these things when you’re sleep deprived and your days run together. Loving the cleaner layout and pumping alarm! Favorite feature is the nursing timer. Overall, very intuitive and easy to use.
  • Best Baby Tracker

This app is fabulous. We literally depend on it. With everything going on with new baby we sometimes forget how long he slept or when did we feed him last? The sync feature is so helpful when daddy is holding down the fort and mommy goes out.. all the info is in one place! when the doc asks how much he is eating or how long he sleeps.. it’s just a click away! This app has it all and it’s so easy to use and i love they added alarm for pumping!!!
  • Not a fan of the update

This app does what I need it to do, which is keep track of the babies’ eat, sleep, and diaper schedule. But the update (3.0) made all the important things, like the words, super small and made the babies’ profile pictures huge. Why? I’m looking at the kids right now, I don’t need a huge picture of them on the home screen. Also, I use this app as a nanny, updating it throughout the day so the kids parents can keep track of them. I love that you can take a picture in the app and save it there, but I hate how you can’t actually view the full picture. It’s never more than a thumbnail, and now with the update the majority of the screen is taken up by a giant note section. The notes would be nice, but if I fill in the note their mom suddenly won’t be able to see the picture, just the note. Tl;dr: app is nice for keeping track of baby but design could be way better
  • Almost perfect (update: not anymore)

Update: I reduced the stars from 4 to 3. They just updated the app and a lot of the text is way too small. If it is during the daytime, it’s not that bad. But I keep the brightness on my phone very dim after my baby’s bed time. Then when I go to feed her, it’s so hard to read anything. Some of the text they made bigger. But I feel like they made a lot of the text I depend on really small. Please make the text bigger again. Once the text is bigger I will change my rating. I really like this app! I think the best feature is that it can be shared between iPhone and android users. I have an iPhone and my husband has an android, but we can both update the info. Most other apps that I found could only do one or the other. Also, it is very simple to use. If an app like this is too complicated, what busy mom has the time to deal with it? Another feature that I really like is that there is a place in each log, for each section (feeding, diaper change, sleep, extras), where you can put your notes. Also it is nice that it shows up in the review screen. I wish it would also show in the main screen too (one reason for the 4 stars instead of 5). There are several reasons though for giving it only 4 stars and not the full 5. They are just little details, but I feel would make this app way better. 1) I wish that it would update the info a little faster between devices. In other words, after my husband has updated the info on his phone, it takes a little while for it to show up on my phone and sometimes I have to completely close the app and then open it to be able to see the changes. 2) Another reason is that I wish I could see the time range for the breastfeeding and the sleeping in all areas of the app, on the main screen and the review screen. Who has time to calculate the time? 3) I wish the pumped option in the feeding section would have a feature where it allows you to also subtract from the total amount of pumped breast milk that the baby didn't eat. In other words, sometimes the baby doesn't eat all of the pumped milk, but there is only a section to put the amount eaten. So only that amount gets subtracted from the total. When in fact, there is the rest of the milk from that pumping session that needs to be thrown out and subtracted from the total amount of breast milk in your inventory. 4) Lastly, I wish it would show if the baby fed on the right and left or just one breast on the main and review screen without having to go into the individual feeding logs. If it also shows how much on each side when both sides apply, that would be even better. I guess this kind of became more of a wishlist than a review...
  • Love the App- Needs Larger Font for Time

    By LindzDromm
Loving using this App with my baby but not loving a change in the latest update... On the home screen, the time or hours/minutes since last feeding/diaper change/etc is now in a smaller font and the information (how long I nursed or what type of diaper) is larger. I prefer for my eye to see how long it’s been, especially since a last feeding, but now my eye is drawn to this large font telling me Left or Right. I hope you change this back!
