Great source of information for clinical practice in managing different infections with appropriate antimicrobial therapy.
  • Forces it to quit working.

I paid for a year subscription and then after 1 year since I didn’t renew the annual subscription paying $29.99 for the next year, it wouldn’t allow me to look up anything by making it to forcefully expire. If I had purchased a printed version this is equivalent to them taking away my little Sanford guide book that they had already sold to me. Ridiculous policy. What if a consumer wants to renew it once in two years.
  • Best medical app ever

This is a must have for any doctor who treats infections.
  • Stuck and useless

When I open the app, it just sits on “checking subscription” forever and doesn’t let me do anything.
  • Credible, reliable

  • Don't waste money EVERY YEAR

Loved the sanford guide in book form. But simply cannot get over the fact that the app charges 29.99 per year. And if you don't pay the next year all the content vanishes. Awful model for customer retention Other books and ebooks and even the ones that are continually updated once you buy them you own that edition Sadly not on Sanford Their response to this was because they don't want people to use outdated information. Firstly that is really not their responsibility and secondly Sanford is one of the many sources of information I would use to make clinical decisions and not the only one
