  • Loved it before, still love it now.

I played this forever ago on an old iPad, and I loved it. The art was great and the story was nice. Sometimes it felt a bit forced. Over all though it was fun. I recently downloaded it again on my phone and I still love it. My ID: Lfh7WpDD5L

This is my first "Shall we date?" app and probably my last. The interface is clunky. Gameplay is shallow. The same character graphics are used over and over, just pasted onto different backgrounds. Sometimes, a character's features are replaced with a smile or frown. You get an avatar - for your account not the story. For some weird reason, your avatar is a hideous chibi that looks nothing like the story graphics. You can spend real money on trashy, outlandish outfits for the avatar in a vain attempt to make it less ugly. The company capitalizes on people feeling invested to pressure them into spending real money to keep reading. The farther a reader gets into the story, the more money or the more consecutive days of busywork are required to continue. You will either waste a lot of time to finish or will spend more than you would ever shell out for an e-book, even one with graphics. The story itself? It's like fanfiction - BAD fanfiction. The "heroine" is an empty-headed twit using grand pronouncements of "not giving up" as a substitute for action. She does nothing but ineffectually beg the men to quit arguing while she pants over a guy she barely knows. Two of the men are so obnoxious I want to slap them. Constantly. The third is so perky and cheerful he might as well be a beagle puppy. And the programming is so limited you must choose a romantic partner before reading any of the story. There's no way to reread what you've unlocked so far, but that's not much of a loss. I managed to make it to chapter 3, and so far the most exciting thing to happen was the guys arguing about a tree. Then they argued about supper. Really. Occasionally you get a dialogue choice. If you chastise your guy for acting like a jerk, it costs you "Love Meter" points. Character development? What's that? I can already tell that you can't reach the maximum "Love Meter" through dialogue choices alone. Of course you can also use real money to boost the "Love Meter" and get the super-special romantic ending. Or you could go to your local library and check out a book that's actually worth reading.
  • The Only Problem

    By Lisathia
So far the story has been nice. I would like to give a 5 star review. My only problem with being able to leave a 5 star review ... they make you choose between email your friends or leaving a review as part of the game play to proceed. I would rather post on Facebook or Twitter.
  • FYI

It would be nice to date King Arthur or have an adventure with him.
  • No One, Really?

6/10.(Don't question my rating method😶) I've tried again and again to play this game, but have yet to accomplish a character story. The art style is pretty nice for this game and the characters aren't too bad, but...the gameplay itself feels empty. It feels too forced, like trying to walk a log. Heck, even MC and the missions themselves aren't terrible (from what I've played--not much), but as I said the gameplay's just bland.
  • Very entertaining

Game only has three love choices, but they're so well rounded, that's all you need! Story line isn't very original, but the characters are great so it doesn't matter. Plus, they have super spicy endings!!! Probably the spiciest in all of Solmare's games. The MC also tends to be more active and less "blushing flower" than other games. The spin offs are REALLY funny.
  • Meh

I tried to play this game but I wouldn't get far. The main character was down right a himp and I hated it. Other games like Blood in Roses or Destiny Ninja 2 have just strong female characters this one does not. This game would have more potential if she was. But some people might like the girl being saved; I personally do not lol
  • Fun game

I'm a reader and romance nut and this game meets both of those needs!
  • Annoying

I can't even get past the home screen because I have a network error, and my wifi is on, so this is really really annoying!!!
  • Great Game to play

Have been playing these none stop since I found them, and have been really enjoying them immensely. Glad they have the free to play option that offers you the ability to pay for stuff if you chose to later on. Would highly recommend these and others of the shall we date line to my friends. For any that need friends in the Magic Sword game ;) my ID is: D0qiBAfS7k
