App Reviews

  • Not optimized for iPhone X

    By butlandr
This is a fantastic weather app. The only issues I have for it are the widget is broken and it is not yet optimized for the iPhone X.
  • Would be my favorite weather app but...

    By Indub
A lot of the time the currently listed temperature and forecasts are wrong. For example, yesterday was 74 but the app shows yesterday’s high as 62. Also the app hasn’t been updated in a year.
  • Very nice but widget needs work

    By james7088
Very nice app and elegant design. Current ding to this app is that the widget does not display properly. The font is too large and cuts the information off. I will update my rating once the developer fixes this.
  • Looks great but doesnt work half the time

    By musingsbyjess
Beautiful UI. Too bad it's often inaccurate, takes forever to load, and doesn't save the content to be viewed automatically (refreshes when you open it even if you aren't connected, so you can't reference whatever it was when you last opened it -- made it useless for me while traveling abroad) - update, these are still issues, and now the sunrise/sunset feature disappeared
  • Fix Layout for iPhone X

    By mjoerke
I love this weather app, but the layout isn’t full screen on the new iPhone.
  • The advertisements. Horrible.

    By arthurofbabylon
I care about my psychological well-being, and therefore have zero tolerance for obtrusive advertisements that don’t leave the screen. To me, presenting ads is a big middle finger to my mental health. We are already saturated by noise - and so when I noticed that this app presents ads during the core experience, I promptly deleted it. I don’t have any respect for serving advertisements, even as a business model. It is insulting. It is creepy. It makes you, as a developer/entrepreneur/human part of one of the biggest problems our civilization faces. I like seeing people/apps/businesses be part of the solution. Whatever great design this app might have - it becomes garbage when you have to look at an ad at the same time.
  • By far the most attractive app visually and functionally

    By OnTheEast
Like many people, I have a ton of weather apps. Some have lots of info. Some let you see far into the future. But this is the app that I increasingly go to. It is good and speedy even on my old iPad (where it looks great, btw). The design is such that the most useful info is the easiest to see. The UI features a horizontally scrolling view that lets you see the projected temp, precipitation, total snowfall (helpful this year in the NE). One day runs into the next, so you can see how this day and the next and the next change over time. The colors change to indicate time of day, and noon, midnight, and sunrise and sunset. Really wonderful app.
  • Very well done with good features

    By nickname is already take
The app is very well done, provides all the weather metrics, and useful notifications and calendar integration. My only suggestion would be to optimize it for text size scaling and display zoom a litter better.
  • Requires location services as default

    By Traveler34
It won’t let you simply set a location and default to that location. This means if location services are off, the widget won’t work and the default open page prompts you to enable location services even though you have a saved location. You have to manually select that location. This is a big problem with an otherwise perfect app.
  • Love this app

    By eastxcoast
I’ve used this app every morning for about a year. The UI is amazing and so well done. I definitely recommend paying the small price of getting to experience it without ads and with the radar feature. My favorite weather app!
